EARLY ON A FRIDAY MORNING   (Yvonne)

So early on a Friday morning
I lay awake so long so long
See the stars and moon above, that you painted for me
And I cried of joy cause we we’re born

Still the night’s here, my heart’s filled with a light
Soon a new day will begin
And you sleep so peacefully beside of me
And softly I touch your skin

How can I tell what you mean to me
Words can’t say enough what I feel
But I try, I try, I try, I try it again
And I Feel for me that this is real

I love the life that I live
and take the bad times too
And as long love’s beating inside my heart
I’ll always know what to do

Now the red-yellow sun begins to shine
I hear little spring-birds in the trees
I Start my day who knows what it’ll bring
I’ve found the words for a new song to sing

After each busy day, follows the night
You can rest till the morning light
The best to start a grand new day
On your own, your own very special way

How can I tell what life means to me
Words can’t say enough what I feel
But I try, I try, I try, I try it again
And I say to me well this is real

We [ove the life that we live
And take the bad times too
And as long love’s beating inside our hearts
We’ll always know what to do

And I know as long as I live
My heart will beat for you....
Always beats for you

A LITTLE PARADISE  (Yvonne)

In the past my man, often worked outside
created a little paradise, loved nature, his guide
After he died, on this place, well I found
a big freedom in me, answers all around

Laughing and crying, it's like sunshine and rain
Leaves fall from a tree, it means life change again
When snow falls down, I feel peace inside
Often I saw stars shining in the dark black night

Life is a great wonder, and I play my part
I want I want to live it and feel it with all my heart
I found a lot of answers, around me somehow
and with this 'high' feeling..., I can go my own way now

Sitting on a stone by the pond, all around: nature
gave me a lot of trust, for now and for the future
Waaaaw, I see a dragon fly, and a white-red waterlily
I feel I'm a part of this all, and I feel so warm, safe and happy

Sometimes there are dark clouds, but the sky turns always blue
Some flowers are gone but there's always growing something new
A million things of beauty, like that colored butterfly
I'll always love the life, and often tears of joy I cried

Laughing and crying, it's like sunshine and rain
Leaves fall from a tree, it means life change again
When snow falls down, I feel peace inside
Often I saw stars shining in the dark black night

Life is a great wonder, and I, I play my part
I want I want to live it and feel it with all my heart
I found a lot of answers, around me somehow
and with this 'high' feeling, I can go my own new way now

I go my own, my new way now
